• Crisis Management

  We offer analyses incl. suggestions of comprehensive „tailor made“ solutions and implementation of proposals, i.e. execution of the whole process of crisis management of non-performing projects, especially in real-estate area in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.

• Investment (mergers & acquisitions)

  We seek strategic partners and investors (mainly from China, South-East Asia and Russia) for projects in the Czech and Slovak Republic.

• Trade Related Issues

  We provide assistance to Czech and EU companies at Chinese market mainly in following areas:market research, selecting local partners, recommendation of distribution model and development of distribution network, sales promotions, legal service etc.

2) Real Estate / Development Division

We provide full service for owners (incl. facility management) and sellers of real properties. We manage development of Real Estate projects for our clients as well.
